type='text'>說到太極拳的技擊模式，各家的太極各個不同，在此我們只論宗岳門一家。太極拳又名長拳，指其可滔滔不絕之勢，可接連不斷在本門中又指連環術中可連續不停之稱，在技擊形式上，我們提過分擊和合擊，其差異性是在於分擊主敵我是分開來打擊，如拳擊、跆拳之類，而合擊主控制，如柔道、合氣道之流，太極拳是少數幾個兩者兼備的武術。在使用的技術上，宗岳門太極拳又有分為長拳、開門術、短打、和綜合運用。此長拳非彼長拳，所指的是能"深入攻擊"的拳法，而短打則是指貼身短打，一般有短拳、肘擊、貼身靠打等。開門術是宗岳門特有的技術，是專門應付從長拳轉換成短打時的技術，可以用來打開對手的防線，近而施展短打的技術打擊對方，平時的練習就是以推手的形式來練習的，推手練要能練到如同武俠小說中的＂入微＂境界，這樣才能真的練到聽勁，從而能進入懂勁的階段。學者不可不明白開門術的重要性啊！</summary><link 所謂”串拳”，在宗岳門中是指以”串子術”之連接元件，將所有的動作做一個連結的特定運行模式，連結時以”罡氣”連結為主要檢查的對象，練習過程中，要著重在罡氣點的狀態是否維持，練習方式，看起來十分簡單，和一般練習推手的姿勢十分接近，但請記得所有的武術，在不同的系統中，都有其獨特的運行心法和技巧，雖然外表相似，但內裡可能是截然不同的，切勿以自身經驗加以解釋，那樣通常只會學到外表而已。</summary><link type='text'>宗岳門太極拳的推手，是一種相對於其它武術推手較為不同，怎麼說呢？簡單來說，槍形推手是在無力技術上去做練習的一種推手，要注意的項目基本上有以下幾點：１.進、退都是在一條線上：對方攻的手直線進攻，被攻的人在不去變更攻方手的路線下進行化解２.雙方手背相貼，永遠保持和對方同步３.在轉陰陽時，必定要聽著對方轉，絕對不可自己亂轉陰陽４.進、退重心需要變化，重心不可一直固定在一隻腳練，重心一直固定在一隻腳，會造成雙方練不到該練的內容，當然，如果以用法來說，重心不一定要雙腳變換，只是練習是兩個人的事，需要雙方都有練習到重點一個人時，可以把三式一線這三式，拿來當椿練，讓自己的身體習慣這樣子的重心位置，這可是練重心十分好的練習方式喔！</summary><link type='text'>武禹襄宗師的四字不傳密決中，其解有言”心為令，氣為旗，神為主帥，身為驅使”，這是指什麼呢？仔細想來，就是指雙人對敵時，需拉高層級，當成兩軍對敵，自己的心神就是主帥，身體是大軍，這種解釋當然是行得通，只是若是再深入的追問，有沒有類似兵法上所說的一些準則時，大多數的人就回答不出太極拳應對時的法則了。太極拳以陰陽交變為用，整個太極拳就得以八卦五形來做解，當神為主帥，心裡想的就是我們要去動的動作，氣是令旗驅使身體運行，所有心神的命令是以氣為媒介通令全身的動作。而太極拳通令全身的動作準則呢，指的就是依八卦五形運作的方式。八卦，是指東、西、南、北及四個斜角方位，這是以兵旗圖的棋盤方位，而五形，則是指腳下的前、後、左、右、中定五種形式，內裡雙手運行是以環位變換以形成奇、正（陰、陽）相變，是故此拳名為太極，當所做的動作形體合太極的原則之時，自然會形成強大的結構力，俗稱內勁，這也是古人所說，</summary><link type='text'>宗岳門太極拳的推手和坊間的推手有什麼樣的區別呢？又或者說宗岳門的推手有什麼樣的特色呢？這是一般武者不了解且想要知曉的問題。坊間的推手主要分成兩種，一是定式的，一是不定式的。定式的是什麼呢？兩人搭手後，繞圈而動的，就是定式的推手，其中我以楊太來解說，當然，定式推手不是只有繞圈而動，還有分平圈、豎圈、四正推手及大履等，有一定規範之動作。不定式推手則是沒有一定規則動作的互推，一般又稱散推。宗岳門太極拳，只有定式推手，練習主要以三式一線為主，是一個直線推手，和一般圓型推手有很大的差異，是一種完全引勁落空的練習，以追求不用力去撥動對方的手為練習的第一原則，這也是一種帶著攻防觀念在其中的推手練習。有的朋友會問到，那宗岳問就沒有不定式推手（散推）了嗎？這裡要賣個關子，畢竟，來學拳的人會學到怎麼去和外面人散推的練習方式，知道要在那些地方下功夫，不過可以稍稍透露一下，人總是兩隻手兩隻腳，能做的動作就那幾個</summary><link type='text'>在好奇心的驅使之下，我上網查了一些關於葉問宗師生平的相關資料，哇！還真不少呢！首先，如俗語所說，窮文富武，葉問生在一個有錢的世家，家中的祠堂還租給清末詠春拳名師陳華順先生，理所當然的，葉問從１１歲開始習武，而１６歲被家裡送到香港讀書，巧遇梁璧（師公梁贊之子，算是葉問的師伯）得其真傳，果然有錢人不一樣，真不知，是去讀書還是去學拳的，可算是一位熱愛武學之人。不過，網上資料表示，他在中日戰爭開始時，參加了國家所舉辦的情報訓練班，還在１９４０年到貴州中部的息烽軍官訓練學校受訓，之後，才回淪陷區的家鄉佛山做情報工作...to type='text'>在自己遇到事之前，我從來沒有思考過推手也有公平不公平，外面的推手練習或比賽，都講求＂不打、不踢、不擒拿＂，但當真的去嚐試，就會發生問題出來了，其實，這還是有潛在規則不同的，當其中一位點到另一位身上、頭上，不是打，是點到為止，摸到，如果一方認為他的攻擊是成功的，得點了；而另一位卻認為他練的可以化解任何打到身上的勁道，所以反而從對方收手的狀況下找點將其發出去，這樣，到底是誰的功夫好呢？其實，兩人的功夫相差是有限的，只是練習的要點不同，造成特點不同，另外，最重要的是，攻守觀念完全不同，一個是以能點到對方身上為主，當然會認為對方也是要一樣，而另一位則是不去管對方的進攻，主觀的認定對方的攻擊一定會被自己化解掉，而不管其實比賽（或練習）中對方不是真的發勁打擊。兩個人都對也都不對，要小心對方的手是沒錯的，練習時，想像對方的攻擊是無可抵擋的，若是想像不了超人的攻擊，那就想像對方的手裡拿著刀好了，</summary><link
