7/5的練習: practice on 7/5

今天主要練習的是推掌及上翻肘纏摔,推掌的基本的原理、卸化的軌跡和下壓肘相近。 下面是陳師兄、廖師兄的練習及我的示範。
We practice the Push-Palm and Up-turn elbow throwing today. The main track of Push-Palm movement is similiar to Down-turn elbow. Below is Mr. Chen's, Mr. Liao's practice, and also mine.
