宗岳門主要架構-Main Structure of ZongYue Taichi

宗岳門主要的架構其實相當簡單,易於了解:

1.由有力技術練到無力技術:在本門內,無力技術較有力技術高級(就本門而言,非關其他派別,無力技術又有分有內勁及無內勁技術,這待日後討論)

2.先練大纏再練小纏,追求大纏可隨時變小纏,小纏也可隨時變大纏

3.四種需練習的化解方法:中平肘、上翻肘、下壓肘及返身大纏

4.手法共有推、托、帶、領等四個掌法,及指天、插地兩種拳法。

The main structure of ZongYue Taiji (Taichi):
The first two are for the movement principle.
The final two are for the using & trainning skills.

1. The no-muscle-power (as less as we can) skill is our focus. (This rule is only for ZongYue Taiji, not for other kind of Taiji or martial art.)

2. People need to learn Grand twist skill then samll twist skill and try to combin two skill into one. Grand twist should transfer to small twist skill in the movement (track).

3. Four different track for avert (eliminate) opponent's power.
a. Middle plane elbow
b. Up-turn elbow
c. Down-turn elbow
d. Turn-back Body Grand Twist Skill

4. Four palm track and two different fist-punch.
a. Push-Palm (Push-out)
b. Hold-Palm (Push-in, not pull-in)
c. Bring-forward Palm (from front to our body-shoulder)
d. Guide-Plam (From our body-shoulder out)
e. Punch-up to sky
f. Punch-down to ground
