鍛鍊方法--Trainning method

最近和一個朋友聊天聊到,他認為練太極拳中,學習"使用技巧"遠比"鍛鍊自己身上材質"來得簡單,這裡其實他犯了一個天大的謬思而不自知。

這邊,友人自己設了幾個假設而不自知,首先,鍛鍊的方式一定是正確的,第二,老師一定會教使用技巧並且他一定學得會,而且之前鍛鍊出來的身體不會妨礙技巧的使用。


在真實的情況是,不確定如何使用太極拳時,去鍛鍊出來的身體,不一定能適合太極拳,當學習到使用法後,很相當大的可能性需要重新鍛鍊自己的身體。

我個人以為,比較優良的練習方式是,從學習"使用技巧"中去練習鍛鍊自己的身體,很多人一昧的半蹲去追求鍛鍊身體、練氣,在技擊上的功能實在是有限,這就如同頂尖的游泳選手也會去做重量訓練以增強局部肌力來增強實力,但主要訓練仍是游泳,但如果有人先從重量訓練鍛練身體再去學游泳,一個不小心就會練出不勻稱的肌肉,反而增加阻力,怎麼也到不了頂尖選手的水平。

一般練國術的朋友又何嚐不是如此呢!一昧不求甚解的半蹲,就想要成為高手,認為使用法是隨便就可以學會的,這不是和上面說的那先練重量訓練再學游泳的人一樣了嗎?更何況,太極拳那麼的困難,幾乎老師不講,學生自己是摸索不出來的,那面對一個能使用大鬆大柔戰技又願意指導的老師,學生能不虛心的受教嗎?

今日若不是和朋友聊,我還不知,原來,教使用法,居然會被人說,只能騙騙外行人,難怪柔道、空手道、跆拳道等,學習的人數遠比學習國術的人多。

I have a conversation with one of my friend about Taichi (Taiji). He believe that learning how to use Taichi fighting skill is much easier than building up body structure. Here he made a terrible mistake without knowing that.

He set 2 rules:
1st, his trainning method is already correct, so he doesn't need to learn how to build up body structure to suit the Taichi fighting skills.
2nd, the master wants to teach him all the skills and he can learn those skills very soon with the body structure which he built up with the method possible incorrect.

The real world is when people don't know how to use the fighting skills, they would trainning themselves with incorrect method due to they don't know how to judge which way is correct and which way is incorrect.

Once people learn how to use the fighting skills, they would need to re-build up their body to use those skills for more efficiency.

In my opinion, I believe people should learn how to use the skill, and the master should teach how to build up body structure for this skill when the master teach that skill. In this way, people can correct their movement and build up correct body for this kind of exercise.

Just like swimming athlete has trainning with weight trainning. But if people train themselves beginning with weight trainning to build up bodies. Their bodies will have a high possibility to increase the water resister. They would need to re-build up their bodies again for reduce the water resister if they would like to become an athlete.

I am really sad to see a lot of people who practice traditional Chinese Kung Fu doing half-squat and wish themselves can become masters by this way.
Please do that after you really do know what is half-squat for and how to do half-squat.

My friend also told me that he believe that a master teaches how to use the fighting skills can only play with people who don't know anything about the martial art.

However, a master who teach not only how to use the fighting skills but also how to use fighting skills to correct the trainning method. That should be a good master to learn from.

爬山

終點如果一樣,或許怎麼爬就不能限制太多
有的人喜歡看風景,有的人喜歡一口氣衝上山
有些人裝備不夠,要來來回回好幾次

只要確認對方真的想爬山,讓他在對的方向上走,總有一天會到的

不想爬的就不要浪費心力,找下一個比較快

終點,在大家的認知是一樣的,只是在看到那苦心練習數年卻一無所獲的人,會覺得十分的不忍。
